Threshold
Join me for this 5Rhythms extended practice where we create a meaningful ending of the Gregorian yearly cycle of 2025 and plant seeds of intention for the start of the next cycle of year 2026.
We would move through two lush long waves so we may make space for celebrating, acknowledging, releasing, shedding, making peace with and stepping into the next chapter.
There will be time and space between the two waves for us to honour the transition and the passing through the threshold and also a healthy amount of time at the end of the second wave to sit, rest, reflect and ground before we leave the dance space and walk out into the world again and into the last hours of 2025.
It will be an honour and privilege to share this moment with you and I hope many of you can make it.
Timeframe :
1:45pm doors open ( doors will close 3:15pm so if you can still join us even if you can only make it for the second wave)
2:00pm we start
2:00- 3:15pm Wave 1
3:15pm - 3:30 Honouring of the threshold
3:30 - 4:45pm Wave 2
4:45 - 5:00 rest and ground. Closing the journey together in a circle.
